The Domestic marine ® was involved in sports his entire of a child’s age first “True Life.” 

Including, but NOT limited to, wrestling. As such, dieting was a constant battle. 

Dieting can make one weak the day of a match so I researched, read books and took advice from experts. 

After meeting Ben Peterson and Dan Gable, both Olympic gold mentalists in wrestling, in person, at respective wrestling camps, I learned that muscle makes NOT adequate strength for sports or “SELF” defense. 

Moreover, I learned that there is NOTHING one can take the day of a wrestling match that will make a difference in their performance short of the illicit. 

“’Carb’ loading” was the accepted practice which one did the day before the match.  

One also must understand that these are complex carbohydrates NOT simple, while caffeine, “sports drinks,” “SUGAR” are all WAYs NO NOs, before, during or after a match!
