If YOU want to play your semantics's game on murder, take out a nation WITHOUT declaration, like Venezuela, but then call it a war on drugs to introduce loop hole after loop hole to protect the criminals then grant a little semblance of principle instead of continuing TO BE assholes and declare a mistrial because the ICC is NOT a military court.
