Chicago is called "the windy city" for a reason? 41/2 years in the woods and on the streets told my innately analytical mind why? Nature never meant for superiority in structures, but rather, modesty. Nature also does NOT take kindly TO BEING controlled. The winds disperse in all directions when striking the too tall buildings producing chaos? The rocks and pier at the beach between the waves breaking on shore are coming between a great force waiting to build. A swimmer coming between the waves and rocks is an accident or tragedy waiting to happen. Wholistic engineering means MORE than an understanding of equations! Government wants to control everything and everyone and what better WAY than to control a city's water?
