Sorry, I slept through it. I do recall while spending most of my 1st "True Life" in the state of Florida how they used every hurricane to gouge and sell products frightening the people to stock-up their supplies. Throughout the United States every little so-called disaster was claimed so severe to reap the federal funds oh so dear! The United States military would charge $500.00 for a hammer, $200.00 for a wrench, stock their office refrigerators every week all to spend-up their annual budgets so they didn't lose it the following year and strive for MORE! Iligan City is quaint, I like it but for the cars. Bring back the horse and buggies and use your own two hands to clean-up the mess. Tell your government to keep the infrastructure money and buy a new Rolex. "WE" are fine.
