The problems of Iligan City septic tanks unlike the higher elevations and terrain are mainly the distance to the water table and clay, besides improper city drainage. 

 

For these reasons, a conventional septic tank shall NOT suffice. 

 

Here is an example of our up-and-coming design for one to consider in their own individual configuration based on their situation? 

 

In our configuration, a pump tank can be activated to immediately begin lowering the main tank level to avoid backing-up the household? 

 

Either the main and/or pump tank(s) can be directly pumped above by a septic truck? 

 

Both the main tank and pump tank are watertight while the septic is piped eventually to a manually constructed clay removed gravel and sand leach bed mound under the ground.
